This simple list of foods will provide you with the optimal brain performance. Not only do we need to know how to study effectively, we also need to know what are the best foods for the brain in order to function at our optimal level. These are not listed in order of priority.

This food can be beneficial in many ways from improving cognitive functioning to reducing your risk of strokes.

2) Blueberries - aka the “brain berries”. This tasty, low-glycemic superfood was found to be able to slow and even reverse age-related brain decline, as well as improving short term memory loss. Their name speaks for themselves. Superfood. Well, because they are the top source for antioxidants, which promote healthy brain functioning, and they also provide disease-fighting, anti-ageing, and anti-cancer benefits! Blueberries are widely available, so there is no excuse!

3) Wholegrain food - ensure your diet contains a mix of wholegrain foods like wholeweat pasta, cereal, wheatgerm. People who have a diet of wholegrain food showed a huge improvement in recalling information as compared to people who lack wholegrain food in their diet.
